Welcome to the official catering ordering form. All food and beverage service within meeting lounges must be coordinated in advance through the Global SOF Foundation.

Submission Deadline: September 11, 2026

• Advance Ordering Only: All food and beverage items are strictly advance-order. On-site ordering or late additions cannot be accommodated by the venue.
• Billing & Service: All catering costs are the responsibility of the ordering organization. Final event orders will be submitted directly to the hotel following the deadline.
• Payment: Full payment via Credit Card is required at the time of purchase.
• Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled for a refund until September 4th, 2026 (one month prior to the event).
